A new website for Qazpost.kz

We have achieved a clean, user-friendly design with intuitive navigation, significantly improving user experience and driving higher conversion rates to the mobile app.

Problem

The old Post.kz website, while offering a wide range of services and information, was noisy and difficult to navigate, leading to a poor UX. And because of its functionality the mobile app became redundant and was promoted insufficiently.

The Objectives

  • Simplify the website's interface and navigation

  • Make it more user-friendly, accessible and intuitive

  • Emphasize the benefits of the mobile app

My role

My role on the project was to plan and deliver a new vision to the main website of the company and to actually design the website. At the later stages I have done some coding as well.

The Process

Although we have not had sufficient time and resources to do extensive research, we have done some simple studies which included survey and competitive analysis. We have analyzed more that 100 websites from around the world.

The Future

We are still iterating and attempting to create even more engaging user experience to our users
